Located in the picturesque Sperados Village on Tinos Island, Greece, our recent project involved the careful renovation and restoration of a historically significant residential building. This architectural gem, steeped in tradition, was meticulously updated to harmonize its timeless
charm with contemporary comforts.
Our approach was to preserve and enhance the building's traditional elements, including its classic stone facades and rustic wooden features, while integrating modern amenities. The restoration respects the building’s original character, ensuring that every detail remains true to
its heritage.
In addition to the restoration, we introduced thoughtfully designed new elements, including a modern leisure pool that complements the historic ambiance. The pool area offers a serene retreat, blending seamlessly with the traditional architecture and providing a luxurious yet
unobtrusive addition.
